By submitting this form, you will become a BCFSG member.

BCFSG will retain personal or health information provided by you. BCFSG may provide that information to Bendigo Health Carer Support Services, if requested, for the purpose of providing further support and respite services to BCFSG members.

Subsidies

Bendigo CF Support Group offers a range of support services for our members. Select one of the below subsidies, fill out the form, and email it to [email protected].

Clinic Visit & Hospitalisation: We offer this subsidy to our members to offset the cost of travelling and staying in Melbourne for CF-related clinic visits and hospitalisations.

CF-Related Expenses: This subsidy aims to support our member families and adult CF members with their ongoing expenses related to CF.

Respite: This subsidy, which can be claimed once per financial year, is designed to assist our member families and adult CF members to ‘take a break’ and enjoy some respite.

Internet: Owing to the increased use of telehealth clinic appointments, this subsidy is intended to assist our member families and adult CF members with the costs of home internet and mobile data, and it can be claimed once per financial year.
